Pilot availability
Arsenal OS is available through an assisted pilot. Your organization receives its own workspace, approved members and agreed studio access.
Customer pilot
Access is reviewed with your team. Included studios, connections and pricing are agreed before activation; member permissions determine who can use each studio.
- Tweet Studio
- Text drafts, team review and scheduled publishing after your organization connects its X account.
- Event Planning
- Dates, programs, tasks, guests and event budgets, with an optional Luma connection.
- Relationships
- A shared directory of contacts and organizations, activities, follow-ups and CSV import/export.
- Finance
- Manual budgets, income and expenses. Each trusted member needs an explicit Finance grant.
- Congress
- Private bill tracking and meeting records. Official reference lookup depends on pilot configuration.
Clip Studio
Customer video uploads and Clip Studio processing are not available in this pilot.
BPI demonstrations
The demonstrations include BPI’s custom workspace. Website Studio, Website Analytics, Summit Studio, BPI Event Studio and the separate Budget Dashboard are not included in customer pilot accounts.
Request a workspace
Google sign-in verifies your identity. A workspace request is reviewed before activation, and no payment is collected by the registration form. Connecting an external publishing or event account is a separate step.
